Refund Policy

At Expert Jurist LLP, we are committed to delivering high-quality legal services and digital products. Our RERA-related services are provided under the brand name RERAResolve. Please review the following return and refund policy for services and products purchased through our firm.

1No Refund on Legal Services

Due to the nature of legal services, once a service has been initiated, Expert Jurist LLP does not offer refunds for any legal work provided. This includes consultations, document drafting, advisory services, and representation in legal matters.

Consultations: Fees for consultations are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed, whether in person, over the phone, or via video conferencing.
Advisory & Representation: Legal fees for advisory services, court representations, or dispute resolutions are non-refundable once the work has commenced.

2Refund on Digital Products

If you have purchased any digital products (e.g., legal document templates, e-guides) from Expert Jurist LLP, the following refund policy applies:

Eligibility for Refund:

Refunds for digital products will only be provided if:

The product is defective or cannot be accessed/downloaded.
The product description materially differs from the product received.

Non-Eligibility for Refund:

Refunds will not be provided for digital products if:

The product has already been downloaded or accessed.
The refund request is due to a change of mind or misunderstanding of the product's use.

Refund Request:

To request a refund for a digital product, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase atcontact@expertjurist.comwith your order details and the reason for your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days.

3Amendments or Revisions

If you are dissatisfied with any legal document or digital product, Expert Jurist LLP may, at its discretion, offer revisions or corrections. However, refunds are not offered for dissatisfaction once the product or service has been delivered.

4Cancellation of Services

Prepaid Services: If you have prepaid for a service but decide to cancel before the service has commenced, you may be eligible for a partial refund. A cancellation fee may apply based on the work already performed or administrative costs.
Ongoing Services: For legal services that span a longer period, such as ongoing representation or advisory, any request for cancellation will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds for ongoing services will be prorated based on the work already performed, but the initial retainer or consultation fee is non-refundable.

5Dispute Resolution

If there is a dispute regarding any payment or refund, Expert Jurist LLP will endeavor to resolve the issue amicably. However, Expert Jurist LLP reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
